This website

The marketing site you are reading collects nothing. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and has no forms. If you email us, we have your email because you sent it.

The platform

HY Impacts is a business-operations platform. Accounts are created by an administrator — HY's, or your own company's admin — and there is no public sign-up.

We store what the platform needs to work:

• Your account — name, email address, and a password (stored hashed, never readable by us). If you sign in with Google, we store the email address Google verifies; we never see your Google password.
• The business records you and your team enter — schedules, contacts, chat messages, files, and financial entries. These belong to the company that entered them, and each company's people see only their own company's data.
• Where your files are. A company chooses: its own Google Drive (we keep an encrypted token that lets the platform write to a folder it created there, and nothing else — disconnect it from Settings at any time) or HY's Drive (a folder for the company, shared to you on request).
• What the AI assistant sees. Imp sends the specific text you ask it to work on to a model provider under HY's account; use is metered per company. Providers are not permitted to use it for advertising or training.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.
• We do not run third-party trackers or ad networks.
• We do not read your Google account. Where a workspace connects Google services (sign-in, Drive, Calendar), access is limited to that feature's purpose.

Who processes data for us

The platform runs on infrastructure we operate, behind Cloudflare (which routes traffic and provides security). Google provides sign-in for accounts that choose it. AI features send the specific text being processed to a model provider to produce the result you asked for; providers are not permitted to use it for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is active. When a company is offboarded, its access ends the same day; its records and any files in HY's Drive are kept for 90 days, then deleted from the service (your company's admin is reminded seven days before); copies in our backups roll off within 60 days after that. Files in your own Drive are never touched.

Your company's admin can download all of your workspace's records at any time, as one file, from the app's Admin Panel.
